hi question about boost anyone help
 

hi just got version 3 wrx sti all the hoses are samco so i put a boost gauge in and it was running at 0.6 bar and reading on this forum ive learnt about the little pill in the vac pipe which i dont have so i put a bleed valve in for now and im running at 0.9 bar but i want to no what size pill to get or is it ok to stay with the bleed valve

also it has millers cfs 10w 60 in should i drop down to 10w 40

if can recall im sure the early model had 1.2mm and as the cars got newer im sure it dropped down to 0.9mm. im not 100% but im sure some one one here will correct me. i run my car on 10/40 i would get the restrictor pill just to make sure the car is running correct before i ran a bleed valve

phoned last owner he still had origanal pipes with nipple in all sorted now
