mervil 13 September 2009 09:22 AM

Where are you based? South Wales?? I've seen one similar to this with no spoiler driving round!!

evo driver 13 September 2009 09:24 AM

thats it mate just put the spoiler on it last weekend :thumb:

gc8-r 13 September 2009 09:43 AM

Not my cup of tea TBH but it is good to be different!! Think the Veilside stuff can be a bit over the top at times!! Needs a larger spoiler too :thumb:

GazJenno 13 September 2009 11:00 AM

Very clean looking car... and yeah the veilside kit is abit over the top and I think the rest of the car needs to be over the top to pull it off... not sure how though but just seems to be missing somthing to complete the look! Good work though and if your happy with it dont change it just because of what people say on the forum. :thumb: (not that anyones said anything bad rele)

Boro 13 September 2009 12:05 PM

Needs a MAHOOSIVE scoop, spoiler and the rims need to be black with a polished lip. Still wouldnt be for me but it would look complete then.

jaywrxsti 13 September 2009 12:08 PM

looks good mate , huge improvement from when you got it j

Boro 13 September 2009 12:14 PM

Also, looking at the Veilside kit, it appears your car only has the Veilside front bumper. The sideskirts and rear bumper dont look like Veilside.

Boro 13 September 2009 12:20 PM

This is your rear bumper...

http://www.carstyleplus.co.uk/Subaru...robe_sides.jpg

Its from the Strobe bodykit, but the sideskirts look like they might be from a different bodykit again, so its a bit of a mix and match which might explain the odd look.

evo driver 13 September 2009 04:28 PM

the rear bumper is a bit like that but not as low in the middle, it had a big scoop but looked silly and i got a carbon drift spoiler on a different boot lid
:thumb:

scoobwrx94import 13 September 2009 07:59 PM

its delta sideskirts and it is the strobe kit rear bumper its the same bumper as mine that i bought it looks deeper in sum pics but its the same bumper aswell

beef-on-the-bone 13 September 2009 08:05 PM

makes it look so old...........

M444GY 13 September 2009 09:00 PM

looks different :thumb:

Telf 13 September 2009 09:28 PM

Again, not for me, but can appreciate the work that has gone into it. Needs a bigger spoiler, but not a bigger scoop. I saw it the other month when I was at Saints.

lloydee 13 September 2009 11:05 PM

10 years ago I would have loved this car!!
During my max power days I loved Veilside kits, but guess I've grown out of them.

For some reason car looks a bit like a chavved up mondeo?! (sorry), I think it's the colour of the car.
But each to their own I guess.

subaru-impreza-2000 14 September 2009 12:02 AM

Still need to loose the bodykit imo. Would look tons better!

mattpat 14 September 2009 12:25 AM

i'm trying really hard but the reality is there is nothing remotely positive to say
i could be polite and say that each to their own and as long as you like it it's all that counts but it would be a lie...it is every thing that is bad about owning a scooby these days

Oskar 14 September 2009 01:18 AM

It looks like crap.

John2.5RS 14 September 2009 08:36 AM

Toss a S202 CF spoiler on there, tint the windows, and a 35R turbo kit; call it a day.

Don't mind the hecklers, tread your own path.

It's your money and your car, do what YOU like! :)

evo driver 14 September 2009 05:21 PM

lol its the orginal colour we havent changed it its always been that colour
mite replace the spoiler

gc8-r 14 September 2009 06:22 PM

dont listen to anyone else..
nice car and a few nice mods but as before big in your face spoiler, and huge scoop..
not the usual scoop that everyone has on the classic..
evo 5 or 6 style spoiler will look good..!!!!
or like john2.5rs said the s202 spoiler(they look the b*****ks)
i wanted one till i see the price, and i know where there is a few ;)
http://i682.photobucket.com/albums/v...r/IMG_0356.jpg
look at that for a sexy spoiler

John2.5RS 19 September 2009 01:41 AM

If I were a rich man, I'd have an S201 spoiler just for ****'s & giggles. Function > Form.

But this is what I'm rockin', and it's a nice piece. Not too heavy, and helps clean up the airflow a little.
