nice. get yourself a harness bar though as you're using them with reclining seats.

wrx287 09 September 2009 03:01 PM

Very nice:thumb: Would look better if the girl was in the passenger seat though;):lol1:

no thanks dude. lol. not only do i not like harness bars, i love the look of these over the rear seats and the main reason i got these is,....................................the bling factor. if you know me and my car you will know that the speedo is never above 30. lol. i only got these for the look, and i aint ever gonna be in the situation of needing a harness, i.e a track.

a waste of money i know but i love them. and a little note to anyone without harnesses :-

the differance with wearing them is purely unbeleivable, you will not beleive how much more planted you are. if you track your scoob these are a must.

I think your my twin lol
I'm the same as you! and totally agree when your pottering along the road the harnesses are the businesson a slightly spirited run they really do work well. Tracked my track oncebut didnt have takatas at the time, just a cheap harness and it was great too.

Fingers crossed if you're in an accident wearing them. The seats could colapse. Doesn't matter what speed you're doing it's how hard you get hit. Don't get me wrong they look great and are the danglies. Just thinking of a fellow scoob owners safety :thumb:

the release mechanism. iirc the aero style (as on yours) are not road legal. the ones with normal seatbelt style release are though.

i do want a set though and the lovely lady in the press shot. she even brings her own airbags :lol1:
