Yep, agree with the majority - small and discreet. Like the dolphins around the navel/belly button/knicker line. Also like the arm band style one like Jo from S Club 7, Mel C etc. Seen some nice medium sized ones in the small of the back. Has to be good quality as awell - nothing worse than a poorly drawn or blurred tattoo. Luckily I had my one and only (small) tattoo done by Darren Stares who is a world champions tattoo artist - the thing is I didnt find out until about 3 years later LOL!

My current g/f has a couple. Silver spirit in chinese symbols on her right shaulder blade and a small rose in the centre of her back just above the knicker line.
Before I met her I would have said they were a turn off. now?
