De-badging?

Hi just wondering if anyone has any hints or tips on de-badging my tailgate?

If your just taking stickers off i would just use a hair dryer and heat it up a bit and pic at the edge and slowly peel off. If its the chrome lettering heat it up and use some dental floss to slide down behind the letter and in a sawing motion cut the letter off, heat the remaining adhesive up and try to roll it off with your thumb follow with a polish :thumb:

White spirit shifted mine, followed by a claybar and then a good polish and wax.

i found heating the old leftover glue residue a bit made it easier to roll into a ball and peel off. used white spirit to clean of the little bits at the end, before giving it a proper wash and polish :)
