British Telecom Broadband: you're so funny!
I couldn't get logged on to the internet this morning due to a technical fault, so I rang their Sevice line to see if it was a known local problem. The recorded voice message stated no reported problems, but for further information/assistance I should log on to their website!
How are you supposed to do that??? :brickwall Anyway all sorted now as you can see. :thumb: |
Even BT suggest that you do that if their phone line has gone down!

BT customer service is absolutely dire:mad: I still have their on hold music burned into my brain after 15+ hours on the phone to them trying to sort out my broadband.

I've always found them to be good. They've always solved my problems, even though I am speaking to Shaun in Hydrabad :D
