ok its that time of year, insurance time!:confused: now i haven't insured a modified car before and this is going to be heavily modified. how much will i be looking at to insure my motor and what companies should i be looking to talk too?
im 27 live in a quiet village car will be in a looked garage 4years ncb married no claims no points

I was with A Plan on my UK standard classic.

When I got the WRX STI they quoted me 750 and I would of lost nearly a yrs NCB and gone back to 3yrs NCB

Gary at Keith Michaels allowed me to keep my NCBS and gave me 4yrs NCB and a better quote and policy :D

mines due soon, hoping its gone down, otherwise will check them 2 companies out, paying £2021 atm lol !

again keith micheals,,, Aplan wont get another penny off me, they STILL aint posted out my ****ing noclaims certificate !!!!, the never checked the reg of my car when they insured it and it was wrong, i was buying the car hence i got it wrong, THEN MY CAR WAS TAKEN OFF ME AND I WAS DONE FOR NO INSURANCE,,,, yet they never refunded the money for the car with the wrong reg,, even though i was paying 1300 quiod for insurance on a ford transit !!!!!,,,, renewal price was more than keith micheals aswell, then offered to match it,,, they even started the ****ing policy and charged me even though i never agreed to it, didnt sign anything yet they started my insurance policy

OH AND THEY STILL HAVE MY NO CLAIMS CERTIFICATE, IVE ASKED FOR IT 5 TIMES AND THEY AINT BOTHERED SENDING IT OUT, THOUGH THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE

I DREAD TO THINK WHAT THERE LIKE SHOULD I EVER NEED TO PUT A CLAIM IN

as said keith micheals, wont bother going else where,,,,, when i called them i even said " aint botherd if its 50 quid more than my renewal as i want the policy anyway just check the reg",,,, and it was lower AND he knocked another 50 quid off as i was starting the policy there and then

not needed to speak to them since tbh as ive never had a claim but i have faith in them !!!!

I'm with bell direct, paying £940 fully comp no major mods just the usual exhaust, filter and alloys, I'm 25 now but was 24 when took out policy and owned the car just under a year so would have been lower, 7yrs ncb. Never know could be worth a try.
