Bugeye Wagon help

Mate of mine is considering buying a 02 bugeye sti wagon. Can anyone give me any advice to check if it is a genuine sti

Did they have brembo brakes and pink ends to the strut brace

Best to look at the VIN plate and the applied model code :D

Apart from that they have all the usual STi bits on a wagon shell. The engine is slightly different but not so that it matters much. They are quite rare here in the UK, especially in white so if you post a link someone might know it.

No Brembos as it has a narrow track shell and WRX wheels.

P.S. Surely it implies that there were at least 2353 made ?
