The indicators and bulbs holders don't need changed.
The bumpers main beam needs no modifications, however round near the wheel arches, there are 2 brackets (1 each side) and you need to cut some plastic from the MY99 bumper skin to get it to fit okay.
The only other part is the plastic undertrays which work as brake ducting on the earlier bumper, you take these off and use cable ties or something to hold whats left in place.

All

I am in the process of doing this.
2 questions though....

1) Does anyone know if the connectors for the indicators are the same - do I need to upgrade my 98MY connectors so that they will take MY99 indicators ??
Anyone help ?

2) I heard that maybe the inner rebeam (behind the bumper)needs replacing too when going from a 98 to a 99MY bumper (I am replacing just the skin) - can anyone comment ??

I am hoping that it doesn't !

Any help appreciated.

Ro.
