1994 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX SILVER on eBay (end time 26-Aug-09 15:40:34 BST)

apprently its runs a bit lumpy till warm????... now i dont mind the work involved as it will be a project car... and i have a nice empty garage.. so if any one could let me know what its roughly worth as it is thanks

Would not have said much at all, Personally would not pay anymore than about £800.

Personally Bob .... I bought a Scooby as a project car.... already had an engine change , taxed and tested and perfectly useable.. BUT.... within a week I was looking at things to change on it.... and changing things is addictive... So I would recommend buying something thats up and running and useable .. you,ll soon find things that you want to change..And.... I wish I had bought something that was standard , that way I would know exactly what was done

:wonder: Id check that it has the right replacement gearbox otherwise there will be bigger problems !!!!!!!!!!
Personaly I would not touch it :thumb:

No history, tax or mot, iffy mileage, possible major engine problems, it's a wagon, stickers covering all the poor paint(probably), run a mile!
As above, you can get good, looked after cars for not much money. What's you budget?
Save the money you'll spend on this(and it will mount up with engine work, full home service with oils, plugs, coolant, cam belt(?), tax, mot(££) etc), and buy a better car. These cars can bite your wallet if your not careful!

dont bother!!

subaru-impreza-2000 21 August 2009 09:28 PM

Avoid it, mit's totally correct on everything.

Just walk away and put that extra money into buying a decent one to start with, projects are guna cost you twice as much, maybe more.

I wouldnt bother mate. You can get a working one for next to nothing these days so why waste time and money on something like that?
