also peep, just been into Halfords and theres Haynes Manual (MaxPower badged) about car modifying....tells you about fitting body kits/spoilers , springs, sunstrips, NEONs, ICE, Boost gauges, de-locking your doors etc etc...very interesting.
it also goes onto say that any neon light visible from the out side can be classed as a distraction to other road users!!! ????? :(
