***New West Midlands Subaru club*** West Mids Imprezas

Hey people, hope you are all well :luvlove:

Some of you maybe aware that I have looking to start a new Subaru group within the Birmingham/West Midlands area for some time now.
Well the wait is over...........:luxhello:

The club is called "WEST MIDS IMPREZAS" and will be a non profit making Subaru club with all proceeds going to various charities close to our hearts.

There is no membership fee to join but I will be asking members to donate a few quid at every meet (£ amount tbc).
This money will then be totalled and sent to one of our choosen charities direct.
The donations are not negotiable and must be paid if you wish to attend one of our meets. Im not going to tolerate tight a*ses.:hjtwofing

All Subarus and fellow enthusiasts are welcome inc familly and friends.

Our first meet will be within the few weeks and will be held at a local venue, full details to be announced shortly.
Future meets will include joint meets with other clubs further away, tunnel runs etc etc.

You already know my thoughts on this H, sounds like a sick idea. Love the idea of money going to charity. :)

Should all go out for something to eat/drink somewhere as a sort of first meet for everyone to get to know eachother and be able to put faces to names and cars.

No worries Tom, was the first one I managed to get too but glad I did as it was rammed. With a wicked variety of motors too. Also a little bit of performing too....
Took some pics will put them up as soon as reg no's edited....
Shame its not on now till next april..

Tom what was the outcome with the CEL light mate ? nothing major I hope..
I think mine is the faulty knock sensor. Will look at replacing soon..

Sounds good mate, always good to see a variety of motors! Will be great to be able to get a few of us rolling up there next year when we get the club more established.

The scanner I bought (cheap ebay jobby) couldn't detect the type of fault code, so I rashly decided to just erase the code as the car is running flawlessly. But it's come back on again! :mad: So got it booked in at Carstins on Saturday morning to finally get it sorted. Wallet at the ready... :(
