what to dooo!!
 

Unfortunatly the beast has died.. soo im contemplating what route to take.
I have a v5 type R and im pretti sure the block will be sound so im planning on going for a forged build.
Will my ODB take 400+ or am i going to have to buy a CDB?
Also my crank is a centre thrust right?

Did you get to the bottom of what caused the failure?

ive investigated a little and seems to be head gasket. Its done 55K and has had its fair share of abuse so it was expected. Plus had the top hose blow on me afew weeks back and lost alot of coolant so think that might of done some damage..
