Advice on fitting oil pressure and temp gauges

Hi all

Have bought some gauges for me MY99 scoob and wondered where is the best place to fit the oil pressure and oil temp sender units on the engine, and will I need any adapters!?!

Thanks in advance

I was advised against using a sandwich plate mate.
IIRC people say cylinder 3 gets hottest and so it's better to get a sender that goes in the top of the engine, under the intercooler, and the other half under the alternator.

Scoobyparts sell them - about £15 I think.
