Hi had my car 2004 sti remapped a few months ago and was advised to up grade my plugs to these so my plan is while i do my 6 monthly oil change i was going to give it a ago to change my plugs just wanted to know how hard is it to change the plugs and what gap do i need to set the plugs 2 cheers for any info on this

There's a group buy on at the moment for PFR7b. You may get in if you're quick!
Set to 0.65mm
Changing the plugs is not hard but is more involved than the average engine! You need to remove the air cleaner (2 bolts) and the washer bottle on the other side (suck the contents out first) Unbolt the coil packs and remove. The plugs are deep in the cam covers so you will need an extension on the plug socket (may need to experiment with the length)
Sounds a bit of a job, but thinking about it is worse than actually doing it!

Yes mate i do are they a better plug then the standard pfr7b if so i will have some cheers
