High Lift Cams
 

What kind of gains (if any) would I expect with a set of newage spec c cams (high lift long duration) or are the benfits more to do with better/earlier turbo spool?

A few people have mentioned cams to me but was planning to stick with standard cams, got me thinking now (which can be dangerous :lol1:). At what kind of power level are fast road/race cams required.
