When I was working as a caravan fitter we used to use a piece of plastic curtain track and cut a point on the end to make a V shape, and VERY lightly scrape it off, also using White spirit to rub any excess off. :)

Does anyone know what effect silicone eater would have? Probably none............

Removed most of it with a scalpel with a brand new curved blade, the remains is now smeared with silicone eater...........fingers crossed:cool:

heat tends to loosen most adhesives...

I don't think they have silicone in them as its a proper trade product that is bodyshop safe?


IIRC its a urathene product ?
