750-1000m on a basic running-in mineral oil.
Keep below c.3500-4000rpm for the first 500m.
Raise rpm limit to c.5-5.5k for the remainder. Change to a decent fully synth oil and fresh filter, after running in.

2: when do you change the oil and oil fillter i read every 3000miles?
Every 6000m should be fine.
Or, if you drive like a loon 'everywhere', then 3-4.5k m would be advisable.

3: is the spark plugs special to subaru i read that there platnium tip?
NGK PFR6B for std or mildy modded engines i.e. up to mods of just a cat-back system and panel filter.
I'd recommend PFR7 plugs for turbo-back decatted system, and above.
(PFR8 are required for about 500+ bhp, I think...)

Well, an anti-freeze/coolant without any rust inhibitor is not worthy of the name! :D

I think most modern ones are of the Ethylene Glycol type, so as long as that is written on the pack, then it should be fine.

If unsure though, just mail order some from one of the main Subaru specialists e.g. API, RCM, ZEN, GGR, etc, etc., to name but four...

I currently have RCM-supplied Silkolene Procool coolant in my system at the moment:-
