Every time I've been Donnington (be it SIDC or their own day), passengers have been able to sign in throughout the day.

Not sure if there is a charge for passenger registration on Sunday though? SIDC days are usually free, but it's normally £10 for other days.

sign in at race control which is at the far right of the pit garages when looking from the back of the garages, up some stairs. You cant miss it.
