dr500 aps intercooler intake hose split
 

as title anyone know where to get a replacement and if there is an upgrade?
this made us jump when it went bang!:cry:

Mine split and it's currently repaired but not 100%

thats the one mate. its seem to be a common issue i wonderd wether there was a better pipe that has been used by others before i buy a new one from aps.

roger clarks are the only uk dealer i can see.

My APS kit was fitted by Roger Clark and they told me they could NOT get a replacement pipe for the APS DR500 because they changed the design and a replacement was not available.

Olly (Roger Clark) said that I could send them my split pipe and they could get a replacement made as a copy. The problem for me is my car is a daily driver and I can't have it off the road.......... :(

I'll have a quick look for his e-mail !

Thanks for the pictures.

The best way to deal with this is to send me your old pipe and we will get it copied.

We’ll turn it around immediately so the car is not stranded.

The APS kit has altered since and so this hose is no longer available.



Please let me know what you would like to do.

ive just been to zen and they have given me an number for performance silicone hoses.
so im gonna take my pipe off tomorrow and send it to them for a mould. i'll ring and get a price. if you want i can get them to do 2 if yours is the same?

ill prob get the other side done too while im there.
