HKS F-CON SZ ECU WITH WIRING HARNESS

HKS F-CON SZ engine management ECU with the wiring harness ready to fit straight onto a classic shape scooby ej20. Taken off my Y reg subaru impreza P1 2dr which was remapped at PJ Motorsport based in willenhall and was set at 1.1 bar boost and produced 330BHP.

Comes as a complete unit with all wiring ready too fit onto a scooby.

F-Con SZ is a new model based on upgrades of the F-Con S, but with new powerful features. Although the conventional F-Con S processed the injector drive signal and the ignition drive signal from the stock factory ECU and changes the signals at arbitrary fuel consumption, and ignition timing to suit the engine specification, the F-Con SZ included a feature to further refine the fuel compensation. This feature is the air flow conversion function, which is like an Air/Fuel feedback function, etc. Moreover, with the use of F-Con Navigator, which is sold separately at the same time, it is possible to change the arrangement data of the F-Con SZ much easier on fuel injectors & ignition timing. A compensation map is created in the F-Con and is used to control the fuel signal and ignition timing. Fuel Cut Defencer (FCD) function The fuel cut by factory ECU is due to the ECU receiving a signal on excess intake air, but the F-Con SZ cancels such signals by re-processing the air flow signal. Acceleration Correction function, AIC function The F-Con SZ has an acceleration correction function that enhances acceleration response across the RPM range. This function also supports an additional injector function (AIC) that drives & controls up to two additional injectors. Option voltage output function For engine loads. Two optional output terminals which can read a voltage output signal freely at a number of revolutions. Error display function When a sensor failure is detected, the failure is displayed via an error LED light on a front display panel. F-CON SZ-ADDITIONAL FUNCTION Air Flow Change function A gap in the air flow output which is detected from the output of an air sensor, is rectified in the F-Con SZ by using an air flow change map and air intake system piping. EIDS function Engine stall is prevented by changing the air flow sensor signal output of a turbine when further boost is prevented. A/T shift compensation This function avoids the ignition from retard angle compensation when an up shift is performed in a car with an automatic transmission. This prevent engine knocking which is very common at the time of a transmission kick down. A/F knock level monitoring facility Data monitoring & data logging were achieved in A/F monitor, O2 monitor, the knock level of the A/F-Knock Amp, and from the various internal compensation values. These are useful information when creating an arrangement map. A/F feedback function A/F feedback control is possible by carrying out a shortened setting time. This is achieved by carrying out an A/F mask map, and an A/F map. NVCS control function For Nissan vehicles, the engine loading is controlled by Nissan Vehicle Control Solenoid, or in short, NVCS. It is possible to control the ID parameters directly. Proper and wiring processing are required for simultaneous use with an AIC function. Immobilizer ability The F-Con SZ has an immobilizer function. When ignition is turned ON, the fuel GCC input terminal voltage is checked, and is the voltage reading is different from the voltage setting, engine starting is prevented. * With F-CON Navigator, F-CON SZ setting data can be monitor or edit.
