New wave of speed limit reviews in bucks

Another wave of speed limit reviews are currently being considered in Buckinghamshire.
Some areas are close to the end of the public consultatons.

Look here for details of proposed changes;

Speed limit review - Buckinghamshire County Council

Some of them have already come into effect, but some are in the latest wave.

Any objections can be made to;

My bro in law is a magistrate, and recently told me that a NATIONWIDE review is coming soon. The Scamera "partnerships" have already been informed:rolleyes:

I remember the last one:

Government, (to Scammers): Are you satisfied with the positioning of your safety cameras?

Scammers: Yes

Government: And your speed limits?

Scammers: Yes.

Government: Oh, OK then, carry on scamming.

b4strds never put limits up in these annoyingly frequent "reviews"

You should see the two near me: one's on the M180, which is usually REALLY quiet and THREE lanes. You come under a bridge and he's got you:mad: They use it so often, the ramp for it has been modded, re-tarmac'ed, had it's own safety barriers fitted, and they've installed a portaloo!!!!! B@stards.:mad: He was even there at 5pm this last SUNDAY!!!!!!!

The other is on a wide, new, curving road with no houses on it , which comes off a 60 limit. It OUGHT to be a 40 limit but no, it's 30. Again, as you come round the corner, he's got you.

I PERSONALLY know ELEVEN people who've been caught there:rolleyes:

You know eleven people who can't read road signs?

Its not all that bad, here is a line from that document

A 30 mph limit was raised to 40mph

See they do actually increase them occasionally :lol1:

This was because of the completion of roadworks to alter the road layout on a downhill section of dual carriageway!

i'm wondering at waht point they'll push too far and all hell will break loose.

i'm all in favour of speed limits and speed camera's where appropriate, does anyone object to having a 30mph and speed camera's outside a school? but most of the time its bollox
