citroen c2 engine management light
hi people, please can you help?
my mate has a 53plate c2. he blew a fuse when fitting a new stereo and the car wouldnt start. when we were fault finding (before we found the blown fuse) we disconnected and then reconnected a sensor on the engine. when we fitted the new fuse the car worked fine again but the engine management light is now on. We are 99% sure there are no faults with the car and that the light is due to us disconecting and reconnecting the sensor. we have tried leaving the +ve terminal of the battery off for 30mins but the light is still on. is there a way to reset the light without paying a garage? cheers andy |
Turn the ignition on and off five times, if that doesnt work actually start and stop the car 5 times, if that doesnt work you need a laptop to reset it.
Usually 65 quid from main dealer. |
cheers will tell him to try that
