DELL LATITUDE D600

Hi all I have the above and have had it quite some time and im having a few problems now
Its running really slow and my mobile internet just keeps disconnecting every few minutes amongst a few other niggling problems so its time to reformat and reinstall windows
Has any one got a full list of drivers I will need to complete the install?
And what is the best free anti virus and anti spy ware programs to use?

Dell website used to have a area where you'd type in the TAG number and could then access driver files specific to that PC. Not sure if it's there now. Good luck.

I have a CD with all the drivers if u get stuck
