One of THE best films that shows his personality - the end credits with the "outtakes" :D

Still laugh at them now

Obviously didn't know him personally, but loved his work
RIP :(

Very very funny man, will be missed :(

On a lighter note, try telling me this doesn't give you goose bumps watching this and listening to that epic guitar riff :luxhello:

Same here, I remember watching Smokey and the Bandit and LOL'ing at him. Best bit was it was watching with my now departed dad who love Smokey and the Bandit 1&2:).

RIP Dom.

His son is in acting and now directing i believe. Peter De Luise

Does anyone know what the Cannonball intro music is called and who it's by? For bonus marks you can supply a link of where to download an mp3 of it :)

RIP Dom :(

Always gives me Goose bumps that opening title music. One of the best movie song ever.

Just the wail of that Lambo V12 :thumb:

Very funny man indeed. Both his sons are actors with Peter also being a director and he and he sons were in a few things together too.

Yep, sad, seemed like a nice bloke, weirdly I was compelled last week to see whether he was still with us following a discussion about who's dead, who's not, I suspected he was deceased being in his forties back in the seventies and a portly chap but was glad to see he was still alive,

Doh !

FlightMan 06 May 2009 12:16 PM

What a shame. He brought laughter to millions and that's a rare gift.

RIP Capt Chaos.

I liked Dom DeLuise mainly for Cannonball Run which is a brilliant film.

Edit: I just watched those outtakes again, they are hilarious.

Is it just me, or does it remind you of Blink 182 "All the small things"?
