Got myself a HTC Touch HD

So who's got some links for the apps :D

First thing is to ditch the std ROM.
I use Duttys, but its a job keeping up with the versions he issues.
Blackstone ROM development - xda-developers

Lemmings
Play Lemmings on your Pocket PC - WinMo @ MoDaCo

Light sabre
Diamond Light Saber freeware for Windows Mobile Pocket PC.

Good choice :thumb:

xda-developers - Xda-developers is a good place to start. Haven't ditched the standard ROM yet as the process to do so is a little bit scary. Will do so at some point though.

HD Tweak is useful.

Gyrator for automatic screen rotation.

A screen locking prog, built in one is no so good.

Google stuff (maps etc.)

And for all the really useful stuff like SatNav, games, etc. check out http://ppcwarez.org/index.php ;) Seems to be down at the moment though :( Got TomTom on mine and also in the midst of obtaining all the bits I need for iGo8.

Excellent - a thread I REALLY like :D (got a HD myself)

It didn't occur to me to ditch the ROM. someone said that O2 stop the Touch HD being used as a modem for your laptop.

I have iGO8 on mine, let me know if you need a copy of the config file as it can take a bit of fiddling with to get the correct screen res etc and for the dam thing to even work lol (took me a while from going through various posts on XDA Developers forum).

I have a few other apps on mine - G-Alarm, some music thing (detects what tunes are playing) :D and another one, which escapes me at the moment, which measures the G's your pulling in your car as well as 0-60 times :D All very sad but has to be done ;)
