An amateur cameraman has captured the moment a presidential jet and a fighter plane flew low over New York, sparking panic among office workers. The half-hour flight triggered the evacuation of a number of office buildings in the city - Mayor Michael Bloomberg said he was "furious" he had not been warned. The White House has apologised for the incident.
