95 JDM WRX, decat Nur Spec R + MOT ?
 

as above ive got MOT next week, my spec is as above now ivce been told on emissions as its an import there is a different procedure? is this true, how is it different?

but basically i want to know if im gona be able to pass Mot with above said exhaust or if im gona have to get a replacement for the mot test

I have the same spec (decat and my95) i believe as the car is an import they cannot find it on the system therefore they refer to some base emission figures which are easily hittable with a decat so i wouldnt worry,

I am sure someone will confirm 100% in a minute though (i havent had mine through one yet)

i wouldnt have thought so, although i know yours will be louder than mine!

havent you got a "friendly" mot tester round your way?

I also have the same as you ( 1996 import wrx with nurspec and decat ) I also read on here that it doesn't have to have a cat for mot if its a import registerd before augaust 1995 , they might say its to loud though with out the bung fitted, as mines quite loud lol

im yet to put the bung in! but thankfully i do have one.

anyone done the aobev mot test?
