Easiest way to bleed brakes?

I was going to use easybleed but it doesnt fit reservoir.:wonder:

Also can anyone recommend good discs and pads for fast road and track day use?

I had a cheap method which I bought at a local motor factors: it consisted of a piece of rubber tubing with one end blocked and a slit near the blocked end.

The unblocked end was placed over the bleed nipple, the nipple loosened, and then the brake pedal could be pressed expelling fluid/bubbles through the slit. Releasing the brake pedal caused the slit to shut, so only brake fluid from the reservoir went into the lines, no air could be sucked in.

You could bleed the brakes one-man and only had to keep an eye on the reservoir level.

Probably still available.

Gunson do a universal reservoir cap which secures with a strap. Can be a bit of a pain to get it all sealed if you use a tyre at 20psi but I've used it to change the fluid on my 03 STi as well as the wifes Primera (similar reservoir)
Take a look on their website.

One man brake kits with a one way valve that goes over the bleed nipple is the easiest IMO, as Tanya suggests.

Apart from getting someone else to help you, that is!
