Suspension advice - Sorry!

Hi, I have done a search but got thouroughly confused! I've got an 03 sti am getting some BC coilovers fitted with 4/3 springs, which are supposed to be softer/comfier than standard. This may give a bit more roll and will that mean more understeer? So is it worthwhile to fit a stiffer rear anti roll bar at the same time? Any help/comments would be much appreciated,
Thanks,
Vance

The spring rates are for comfort, but don't think they are softer than the OE springs.

imf1 has had these on his blob-eye STI for a year now and is impressed.

Adding a rear ARB to mine is the best value mod on my car, corners flatter, turns in sharper and understeers less, (adjustable) bar on stiffest setting allows easy oversteer....

P.S. Same spring rates on my Tein set-up, but they are proper harsh !

As dunx says!

I got the 4/3 on my BC's, on my 03 STI. Mine also has whiteline ARB, ALK, drop links, geo setup, and handles very nice!

Dunx, have your Teins got a 4/3 spring rate? Thought they were harder than that??

No I was wrong, the superstreets are 5/4 (mine) & the Flex-Mono are 7/5

Humble apologies.... I assume the extra cost of the Flex is due to clever damping (?)
