Correct tyre size for newage? OZ Superleggera's

As above, I have the chance to get some 18" OZ superleggera's off a 99 classic, I wish to fit them to my 04 Sti (5x100), now questions I have are:

Will I need to up the tyres from the 215/35/18 to 225/40/18? I will be lowering 40mm max and do not want rubbing, but i trust the 225's will be ok?

I believe these are subaru fitment, if not, what offset will I need?

Lastly, will these clear my brembo's?

Thanks

18" Superleggeras will clear Brembo's no problem but i cant vouch for the tyre size, I think they are an 8J also rather than a 7.5"

Be aware this wheel is difficult to replace new as i beleive it has now been updated with the Ultraleggera should you trash one.
