LloydsTSB Duo (dual AmEx/Mastercard). You get more Airmiles on the AmEx than the MS.

Tesco's Credit card gets you Clubcard points which can then be converted to airmiles. We buy all our food/fuel/big stuff on a tesco credit card and, where appropriate, in tesco's. We pay off the bill at the end of every month in full and convert all points to airmiles. We also swipe our shell card to get airmiles and then pay for fuel with the tesco CC. IIRC we have around 9k airmiles now.

Sounds good. I take it you get clubcard points even when you spend at places other than Tesco?
Any idea how many miles you get per£ spent?
Thanks

Search "airmiles" on this forum and there will be several threads about how to maximise :) The wife sat and figured all the points to £ out once but I confess I never went through it all with her. If you spend money on the Tesco credit card you get points, if you buy your shopping with the tesco credit card then you get a double whammy :)

We use the Tescos card too.

It paid for a trip to Disneyland Paris last Christmas for us all.

I buy all my diesel with it at Tescos and at 25k miles per year, that soon adds up as well as all our weekly shops.

I have an airmiles duo: use it with the amex to get shell petrol...which also earns airmiles on the pluspoints :D
