Need a new XBOX360, anyone know of a good deal at the mo?
 

Think mine is giving up the ghost and freezing quite alot. Had it a few years now and wouldnt mind upgrading to the Elite version, unless theres anything better at the mo or a great deal on another version?

got my elite at argos a coulple of weeks ago, £209 but inlcudes a bundled RE5 and another black controller, there may be other options.

Just had a look on Argos website, seems its £224 now with no games?

Reckon it would be worth waiting for the Jasper version?

The price drop for the Elite seems to be over now. Does it have to be an Elite that you get?

Doesnt have to be an elite but would like HDMI output and a big HDD. Would like the latest chipset if possible too. Not bothered about games, extras, just the console really.

Have found a Jasper elite in town for £219. No extras, just the console.

I'll have to have a look at mine tomorrow, to see what it is.

They all have the HDMI output now, but only the Elite comes with the cable.

At least if you buy it in town, you can check to whether it's a Jasper or not.

Seems mine is overheating which is causing it to freeze. Ive stuck and desktop fan at the back of it and its been ok for about 3hrs, as opposed to freezing every 20mins.

had a look at mine today, its got the 175 watt transformer so assuming its not a "jasper"
