I need a mirror!
Had a wood backed mirror up in the spare room which we bought from a homeware store years ago, it was only attached to the wood by double sided tape but has been up there for years to never thought it would be a problem. Anway got home yesterday and it has come unstuck and had a introduction to the floor, needless to say they had a smashing time!! ...sorry.
I now need a mirror 115cm x 49.5cm x 4mm to replace it but I am having trouble finding somewhere that can do that for me without charging the each with minimum order prices of over £100. Do mirrors really cost that much? I was thinking it would be about £30/40 but I could be being very nieve. Any body know of any places which can cut a mirror for me of that size with out it costing the earth? Cheers, The Hoff  |
Why does it need to be the exact same size? Am I missing something? :cuckoo:

The mirror is stuck to a wooden frame. Its need to be the same size to fit in the frame.
Found that acrylic mirrors are a whole lot cheaper so think I will go for one of those. |
But why not buy a mirror already in a new frame, for half the price?
