Sorry mate, but Raf's gone to Florida for a couple of weeks. In his absence I can probably put you in touch with his family whom have access to the car. Let me know what you want to do :thumb:

adroy 07 April 2009 04:20 PM

Cheers matey, Think Iains been speaking to them but I've given him my mobile to phone me when he's back from Florida!

Cheers Ali

I mentioned your interest to his sister today and they can make the car available for viewing, but final discussions on the sale would have to wait until Raf is home obviously. As you seem prepared to wait I'll leave you to contact him on his return.

All the best.

corradoboy 17 April 2009 10:14 PM

BTTT as the interested party couldn't wait for Raf's return.

RafaelChandler 21 April 2009 07:22 PM

Thanks for all your efforts Dave, seems to be more and more interest on this at the moment, had quite a few calls so might be gone soon.

RafaelChandler 21 April 2009 07:28 PM

I dont usually post my number on here but to save messing with PM's, if anyone wishes to contact me regarding the car you can call 07984 452 301.

BTT This car is still available, and will sell, im considering trying E-bay next.

corradoboy 26 April 2009 07:29 PM

Eeey-ooop Raf. Sorry not been in touch, but decided not to go for a run out tomorrow. Not been sleeping great over the w/e and the forecast is for fog turning to light rain, so we'll take a rain-check maybe 'til next week. See you in the shop during the week probably :thumb:

hi where abouts you at would you consider part/x got a 00 classic
cheers

corradoboy 27 April 2009 06:59 AM

As Raf doesn't visit here too often I'll answer for him. He's based near Leeds, W. Yorks. I don't think he's looking at a PX, especially another Scoob as he's trying to get away from the high expenditure for a while. I'll let him know of your interest :thumb:

Hi

Sorry not considering Part Ex, unless its a cheap diesel run around.

ryan33hks 27 April 2009 04:51 PM

BTTT for a stunning example :)

RafaelChandler 27 April 2009 09:49 PM

BTTT, Come on guys pick up a great car, at a fantastic price, now reduced to £11,250

RafaelChandler 30 April 2009 10:08 PM

Just been offered £10,800 for the car, from my advert on pistonheads, seems like someone going to get a bargain, but at the moment need must, so if anyone has £11k to beat this offer then the car is yours.

Would rather she went to someone off here for that price.

stevie1982 01 May 2009 08:58 AM

mate unless you have to sell as you need the money there is no way on earth i woul dsell it for that, these should still fetch 13k surely. subaru web has them for 15k mate i would hang on to it, not so sure why you are selling but stick it in a garage and use it as and when you can as 10,800 is the blobeye price in my opinion you will be making a mistake

Yeah I agree with you to be honest, I think this guy who offered me £10.5k is a trader, will hang on to her till a better offer comes along. I have it up on pistonheads at £11,250 and surely its a bargain at that sort of money.

corradoboy 01 May 2009 08:52 PM

TBH Raf, if it's advertised at £11,250 an offer of £10,800 or just £450 under asking is reasonable at this price level. I'd suggest pulling all your ads for a few weeks and re-advertising slightly higher if you want more, otherwise accept his offer or barter him up a bit if he's game.

Alternatively, strip off some of your mods to sell separately to make up the difference. IIRC you haven't listed them all in the ads :wonder:
