classic impreza engine - anyone fit and supply one ??
 

Got a 1994 classic impreza that I would like an engine supplying and fitting mine has just blown (Crank gone) but just want to drop the car off and then collect it finished - distance not a problem just want hassle free and a reasonable cost.

Anyone help or recommend anyone ???

:wonder: it might help if you let people know where your from and what sort of engine you are after putting in ie sti or wrx
if your in stockport area then given stella motors in buxton(dove holes)they will source you a very good engine and fit it or rebuild yours for you and they dont charge you the earth ethere hope this helps

thanks - I am just wanting to fit a wrx standard engine back in again - I am North Wales but will take the car anywhere to get the best service and deal - Buxton would be ok I will give them a call.

maybe worth a look, but could be a gamble, but there are a couple of companies in birmingham that offer a engine + refit + service for around 800-900.

They can even collect your motor from your house.

Have seen some companies on ebay that do a similar thing just worried about laeving it some place that I dont know anyone has used.

i second for rob at stella motors, you can also source your own engine, get it delivered and have stella fit it for you.
very good servie and an even better price, might be cheaper to fit another engine than get a rebuild. number for rob at stella 01298 816160
