That car is a real car used by a driver from Japan for races up mountains like Pikes Peak ect, the guy is called Monster who drives it and he does a lot of rallying for Suzuki as well.

This car is also in GT2 -- it's the Suzuki Escudo 'Pikes Peak' with nearly 1000 bhp!

Its in GT3 as well. Apparently on the max speed test if u set the car up right u can lift the front wheels of the ground and the spped doubles - dunno how much truth there is in that and never bothered trying myself.
