I am currently doing a race series that runs Tial housings on 20+ cars there very good no problems at all.
|
Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors on their way to add to the pile of parts.
These should take care of the 35R assisted drink problem that the new motor will have. She going to make George Best look like a T-Totaler! Also ordered one of the Grimmspeed mini boost solenoids too. :) |
What fuel pump are you using Frayz?
|
Walboro 255 lift pump and a Bosch 413 as main pump mate.

Did another job today that ive been putting off for ages. measured up for the oil cooler so i cant do any more with that till ive made up some brackets etc. So i started fitting my Aerocatches.
Didnt get these complete yet as i had to go out. But the bulk of the dicking around is done. These wont be 100% installed as i want to have the bonnet painted once im finished so will bond them in for a final finish once its been painted. The under skin requires finishing but the top skin is done and the strike pins are in. Naturally i took some pics along the way :D Little tool i made to make this job a shtload easier. You're "catching" up;):D

Oh dear Peter :lol1:

When are you getting your headers back from Neil?
Looking forward to seeing that as i don't recall i having seen 1 of his rotated set up. |
He made the Gobstopper setup mate. I'm tempted to ring but don't want to pressure him lol.
He's using my already ceramic coated GT Spec headers and createing a rotated setup to suit. The 3bolt flange on the headers will be the only flange on the entire system. Everything else will be vbands. Can't wait to see it. :D |

Knocked up a little bracket for the cooler today. This will be welded to the underside of my offside inner wing, seam sealed and painted. Cut some rubber tabs to dampen it too.
Sorry for cak phone pics. Attachment 51370 http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...rabbracket.jpg Attachment 51371 |

Tonight I managed to get 5 min to spend on the motor. So the cylinder heads have been fully assembled. Rewashed, final inspection, measure of all valves and guides and final cc check and then assembly of the valvetrain.
Everything was in spec and the final cc of the chambers came in at 54cc dead for all 4 chambers. I'll post up some pics when i can, nice to get em done to be honest :) |
Spot on Frayz forward movement :thumb:
