bump as i want to see. Ive seen some ALS switches on ebay :)

TingTongPJ 24 March 2009 08:26 PM

i'm not sure whether to fit them out if sight or not at the moment. i need 3. 1 for switching maps then the other 2 for launch/anti lag.

loving the secret switches, little bit of james bond!! ;)

I have removed the stereo on mine and replaced with a carbon blank for start button/switches/turbo timer etc......Its not finished yet as have some other bits to mount ie engine cut off switch and temp gauge......

I went for the blue aircraft style flip cover switch for the antilag......:norty:

Thanks mate. Try ro hide as many things as I can to keep it as stealthy and clean looking as possible.

Plus you're right, it does make people take notice when a couple of hidden switches and gauges appear before moving to defcon 4 :norty:

i'm a massive fan of the stealth look myself, less chance some dick is going to try to steal the car if the think its standard, that why i'm going the simtek route. although finally i've been forced to ditch the modded sti8 intercooler and go for a front mount due to power. keep em coming !!!

Playsatan 25 March 2009 09:59 PM

Front mounts can be stealth too. Paint it black or get a lateral one, I've done both.

TingTongPJ 25 March 2009 10:02 PM

yep painted mine satin black before its fitted, it's the same colour as my wheels now.
