OMG im a chav!!! (re:will it be too loud...?)

Ok. Went for my first spin today with new exhaust on. 3" decat HKS titanium 5" jap style angled tail pipe. The other day i manger to adjust the rear silencer which made it slightly quieter. I however didnt like it as i thought it was too noisey. So after a week of it sitting on my drive, i decided i couldnt face another trip to work in the focus. The scoob was calling. Even tho i didnt like the noise.

So started driving to work trying to keep the revs down so as to not wake the neighbours. Then for the first time i put my foot down. oh my god. It sounds like my car is powered by a God of War!. Amazing sound.

Needless to say i spent the rest of the journey going rapidly, and even took a nice detour.

Jesus christ, on full chat this thing sounds amazing. The power feels more instant and more brutal. But the noise more than makes up for it. brake whilst in second gear and lots of pops, and bangs. It sounds exactly how i wanted my 306/astra estate diesel(van enginerd)/rover 416sli(!) to sound when i was 17 :D

Sad thing is its not track legal so its coming off on wednesday. That gives me 3 days to enjoy this while i have it. :D:D:D:D:D

nope it was an ebay purchase. Its incredibily light. Bung will restrict the power too.

Got a H&S 3" system which should be arriving today/tomorrow. Didnt think i would enjoy the noise. Turns out i do. I can see peoples obsession with the nur spec R type zausts.

My Rover SLi does sound like that:thumb: Mind you, I am not sure it is supposed to - exhaust + rust = holes = rather offensive engine noise:freak3:
