SCOOBYCLINIC, OH HOW RUDE
 

Took another trip to scoobyclinic today on the off chance to have some gaskets fitted, and when i got there they made me wait 3mins before they put my car on ramps Yep a whole 3mins SHOCKING I MUST SAY, then when i was hanging around i was subjected to some strange smells in the workshop :wonder: after a bit of detective work i found that Kev was the one that was giving off these smells and making FARTING noises, then to add to my visit i was then put through to some of the most painful cover versions of some classics by Back street boys, Dr Hook, Take that & even Kylie :Suspiciou Ive got to say that the level of service at scoobyclinic is a bit :cuckoo: and thats not the end of it cos when i got there it started to rain JUST MARVELLOUS :( they even had the cheek to offer me some chinese food for my dinner which i excepted gladly. I was there the whole day and after they found my headers & up pipe cracked Kev replaced them with ceramic coated ones free of charge :wonder: how dare they charge me nothing SHOCKING I KNOW, what kind of service is this.
FANTASTIC :notworthy They fit me in when i had just turned up, entertained me, fed me But not sure about the smells though :rolleyes:
All in all What a fun day & a top class service.

i've always had the same service from them before i ever even used them.

guess you can't please some people eh, like last time ti was there, actualy was made to wait 10 mins before being sorted, i mean christ a whole ten mins :s got what a wait

Its not about money mate just a good old laugh had by all and some crap singing on the way :lol1: and a bit of good feed back :D

Some times maybe, but if ive got money to spend on my pride and joy ive got to spend it somewhere and if that place looks after me and i have a laugh with them everytime i go, then i dont see whats wrong with it, I get what i want & they earn money :D Both are happy :thumb:

I have never used or been to ScoobyClinic but i would like too.

However what deters me is that there is no guarantee that when i arrive unannounced a member of staff will not be there to greet me before i have opened the door.

My time is precious and the thought of having to wait above a maximum of three seconds puts me off.

Never mind i may change my thoughts.

well i ordered some 550cc injectors and they took my details and said they had load in stock and gave me the price and low and be hold the next day they said they had none and the have now gone up loads because of the yen, my thoughts are they still had them in stock and are just tryin it on, not a good first impression i must say and i had plans to spend a fair bit with them not now

I doubt a well established garage would lie to gain an extra 100 quid or so, especially when their custom partly relies on good customer service.

THE END

They gave me a better deal on some Eibach coilovers than i could find anywhere else, after 10 hrs of reading forum threads confirming their opiniion of them being the most comfy of all coilovers (might take their word next time), found some topmounts in their "pre-enjoyed" stores (extensive) when mine didn't fit (no extra charge) and offered to fit new fuel filter free and at cost as mine was overdue ( habbit of doing most things before schedule & forgetting the non engine/box breaking bits) i only declined 'cos i still like a good fiddle ;) so no complants here, in fact big up the clinic.....almost looking forward to my next dose :D
P.S. the coilovers and setup are great thanks guys, left the clinic feeling tired yet only aimed for home when the fuel light came on, half a tank later (some great roads round there, OS Landranger Map - LR119)
