Got to be Mario Kart mate, or are you looking for something more serious?

Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli seem's to get quite good reviews also there is a landrover off road racing game, (can't remember what it's called but it is licenced by landrover) which I played which was quite good as well, there's not Grand Turismo i'm aware of though

Yeah only mario kart IMO most games for the Wii (the non interactive ones) are sadly pants 90% of the time
