ScoobySprint... Spectators ?

any update.. prices ? times ? etc. eetc.

ScoobySport.co.uk 23 February 2009 04:21 PM

Hi Rob

Prices should be going up in the next couple of days..

But as things stand, its looking like £10 per head for the first 4 rounds (there will also be bike 1/4 miles runs to watch on the same day - which is one of the ways we're keeping the costs low for everyone), and then £15 for ScoobyLive / Scooby Shootout, as normal.

Cheers

Simon

cool how do you get spectator tickets, at the gate only? or can you buy them online? i can make the first and last event , so shoudl be good, never been before, how long does it normally last? full day?

Juice 30 March 2009 01:38 PM

also interested in spectating

ScoobySport.co.uk 30 March 2009 08:08 PM

Hi

Sorry for not responding sooner.

The best way to get the absolute latest info is to stick your email address into the box at the bottom of Scooby Sprint Championship

Full detailed speccy info will be released about a week before each event, but we're still on target for 10 quid each, and you can definitely pay on the gate for round 1.

The competition lasts from 10:30 until at least 4pm, depending on the number of entries, etc.

Stay tuned though, as we'll get the full info to the email list close to the first event.

I fancy going to the Santa Pod event, but they show the 23rd Aug as being a Land Rover 2 day event - is this the correct date?

dont think there will be anything set up for the 1/4 mile till the last event, anyhow thought it was subaru only?

Aaron1978 01 April 2009 07:18 PM

if you read post 2 what he's put in brackets, it says their doing 1/4 mile bike runs to help keep the costs down:)

ScoobySport.co.uk 01 April 2009 07:25 PM

Aaron

Best to get in touch with striaghtliners directly about 1/4 mile runs.

I know that on some of the Scooby Sprint events, as we're not using the 1/4 mile, they will be running the bikes on the 1/4 mile section on the same day. But this is seperate to Scooby Sprint.

RA Dunk

Definitely 100% Subaru only :)

Simon,

Do you know if there will be any concessionary rates for kids?? I have checked the scoobysprint championship website but there's no mention. I'd really like to attend as a spectator but the only way I can do that is by bringing my 8yr old and 3yr old daughters with me.

Cheers, Jonny.
