Renew driving licence
 

Anyone done this yet. mine expires end of July, just when I need it for a hire car on holiday. Allegedly the DVLA send a pack out 2 months prior, is the turnaround quick?

did mine last month, took about 10days from sending off to getting a new one back, £17.50 renewl fee!!!! just make sure you sign in the BOX, not going over the lines!!

Mine doesn't run out for another 30 odd years :)

Can you replace a paper licence with a paper licence?

At lest when i renew, all my old invalid points will have come off, so my licence wont look like a lottery ticket any more!

they can come off after 4 years but have to be shown on D/L till then, I wanted mine removing after the SP30 had ran out (three years) but I can't come off till June this year.
a driving ban/ten years has to be on for 11.

it's all explained in the info booket that comes with the new license. :)
