I would but do they ask if you had any claims? usually the question is, have you had any accidents, then they ask you if you made a claim....

Best advice I can suggest mate is to post this same question in the insurance section hoping one of the insurance specialists answers your query. Any incorrect declarations can invalidate insurance.
