Although that was actually yesterday. |
The BBC website classes it as a 'hard landing' rather than a crash :freak3:

But try telling that to the people on the plane when the nose when THUD. Technically (FM can confirm) the fact that it didnt not land "correctly" and that some of the gear malfunctioned, causing damage and for it to be left stranded on the runway.... It would be a crash. Hard is more a bounce, a drop or just rough. |

Those 'city hopper' planes really take some abuse there, that's for sure. |

Without wanting to play down the incident, every landing I've had there seems like a f**king crash landing!

On a geeky day at the airport in the summer I will agree that some of the landings of these planes are "hard"

Got some good photos though lol The bloke next to me thought I was some sort of nutta when I pretty much jumped into his seat and cuddled him.. :o :o :lol1: *Shrugs shoulders in stylish fashion* But I was only pretending. I knew it was safe. *Delboy head nod* :D |
lol classy moment then.
Sounds like my mate on a flight years ago. We were seated opposite a rather attractive stewardess. She was sitting down for a moment, Steve was asleep, the plane bumped on some turbulance, and he FLEW out of his seat in a mad panic. Drempt he was falling. And let out a little scream..... She was in hysterics lol |
They've now found a crack in a window of this plane.
