Help needed for advice on the Removal of a Genuine P1 front splitter

Can someone explain the best way of removing the front splitter on my P1, I am hopeing it wont be bonded too much but I need to remove it due to a crack to i can get it repaired??

dam, The bumper has been resprayed before so I am hope it wont be too much of a nightmare..
