sky routers wireless problems
 

i've just got sky broad band and i cant connect with my sony lap top.i had no problems with the bt router i had before:wonder:i've googled it and tried different setting eg channels,Sercruity,firewall and resetting router.
any help gratfull :thumb:

My Dad has sky broadband with a netgear router. His pc is connected wirelessly using a wg111t adapter. We had loads of problems connecting until I reset it with the little button on the side. After I did this the ssid changed from the one on the sticker and the card given to him and its worked without fault since. The ssid was something like sky83521 and changed to sky83524 :cuckoo:

Have you set the mac address access by mistake?
