RDP to Vista desktop from Linux
Any solution recommendation that isn't log me in or vnc?

RDP to Vista is disabled (Microsoft restriction) but it can be enabled with a script which you can find here:

Ubuntu has TSclient which you can get for other Linux dists.

I RDP to my big machine (Vista Ultimate so has RDP out the box) from a laptop for apps that are installed on there.
After installing Linux on said laptop, was looking for a client that didn't require anything further on the "server". I'll try the other two (thanks guys) but Dedrater's recommendation was a good one. |
ive aslo used rdesktop for RDP and it works well.. I've also done the equivalent of seamless apps which worked well.
