100mm intake air filter

As above really i need a air filter with a 100mm opening?

I've got a Hyperflow cylinder shape filter.
100mm opening and 185mm long. Green foam with s steel support- hardly any use as bought in error.

Its the filter on here, but no MAF adapter is included:
